Disappointing!

Giving it a 5 stars fAfter purchasing a name clip for my babygirl, and friends asking about it and me referring this company around because it was fast and easy. My friend who had her daughter a week after I had mine asked me where I bought it from. I wanted to do a nice gesture and told her I couldn’t remember where from, but only because I decided I wanted to buy it for her daughter as a little surprise gift, and so I did. I ordered it for her, but I NEVER received it, never got any responses from them when I emailed, called and even tried the text message option they gave. Also went on to their instagram page and also messaged there and nothing. I felt so bad because by then I had already send a screenshot of the purchase to my friend to let her know I had purchased one for her babygirl and then again had to give her the news about never receiving it nor a shipping confirmation update nor any responses from the many attempts to contact them. Frustrating and disappointed is what I felt. Oh well….

Never received order

Ordered 12/5 got it shipped 12/14 and still have yet to receive order. Have tried contacting multiple times about a refund and no response

Was looking forward to this…disappointed

Did not receive order and customer service has not given any update on my order (in fact stopped answering) no update on where it is. No replacement or refund. Very upset.
