I ordered two clips for my mini me. One of the clips came spelled wrong, after I double checked I sent Miss.Ciara an email and she promptly responded (2minutes later to be exact) and the situation was rectified and I had a new corrected clip sent out the same day. Im ecstatic about my order and extremely happy that she was prompt when answering questions and had no issues with sending out a new one with the correct spelling and she took care of shipping and handling.
